Stop using very hot showers

Exfoliating your skin

One should take one tablespoon of this seeds daily. They are also available in form of capsule but the best form to take it is the natural oil since it will be easily absorbed by the body.
Do not use bar soap
Bar soap is the common drying agent for skin. If one has dry skin, they should not use bar soap since it will dry their skin further. One should switch to using a body wash that is both a cleanser and a moisturizer as well.
Moisturizing is a step of beauty routine that is commonly skipped. Some say they skip it because it takes up much time. if time is the case, then one should opt to use spray moisturizer as opposed to using lotion which may take time to be smeared on the body. Body oil may also be used.
Most people prefer taking coffee and alcohol as opposed to taking water. This is what is causing their skin to be dry. Coffee being diuretic causes the body to lose fluid.
