About the Mentoring Program
"PCSS-B provides ongoing mentoring programs aimed at improving providers confidence in treating opioid dependence. The PCSS-B is designed to assist physicians in incorporating the use of buprenorphine for prescription opioid and heroin-addicted patients in their practices. The mentoring program is available, at no cost to interested physicians and staff. The PCSS-B mentors are a national network of trained physicians with expertise in buprenorphine treatment and skilled in clinical education. Mentors provide support by telephone, email, or in-person if needed and logistically possible."
